Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Sorted Feed data at any time, in any of these ways:

1. Through Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations), find Sorted Feed and click Remove. Facebook tells us automatically, and you get a confirmation code you can check on our deletion status page.
2. Through Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active, find Sorted Feed and remove it.
3. By email: email hello@sortedfeed.co.uk with the subject "Delete my data".
4. Customers: text "DELETE" to your Sorted Feed number, or tell us when you cancel.

What happens: access tokens are deleted straight away; your posts, photos, comments, messages and account details are deleted within 30 days. Billing records we must keep by UK law are kept for 6 years and then deleted. We'll confirm when it's done.

If you commented on or messaged a business that uses Sorted Feed, you can also ask that business, or email us, and we'll delete what we hold about you.
