Who we are. Sorted Feed is provided by the company named at the bottom of this page. Contact: hello@sortedfeed.co.uk.
The service. We draft social media posts for your business, send them to you for approval, and publish the ones you approve to the accounts you connect. On Business and Pro plans we also answer simple comments and messages using only the FAQs and prices you have confirmed, and pass everything else to you.
Your approval. Nothing is posted without your approval, except those automatic FAQ replies, which you can switch off at any time. You are responsible for what you approve.
Your content. You confirm you have the right to the photos, videos, logos and information you send us, and you give us permission to use them only to provide the service. You keep ownership.
Platform rules. Your accounts must follow Facebook, Instagram and Google's own terms. If a platform limits or suspends an account, we'll help, but we can't control their decisions.
What we won't post. Anything unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or making health or results claims we can't back up. We may decline a post for these reasons.
Prices and payment. Plans are Solo £59, Business £99 and Pro £179 a month, VAT included, plus £10 a month (VAT included) for each extra connected account. You pay monthly in advance by card through Stripe. New sign-ups get a 7-day free trial.
Cancelling. Cancel any time, by message or email, or from the billing link we send you. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for; we don't refund part months. If you're a consumer, UK consumer law rights still apply.
Our responsibility. We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for platform outages or changes, or for results such as reach or sales. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that time. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending the service. We may suspend the service if payment fails or these terms are seriously broken, after telling you.
Your data. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data. Where we handle comments and messages from your customers, we act on your instructions as your processor.
Changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of changes that matter.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
